Als promovierte Biologin beschäftige ich mich seit über 28 Jahren mit dem Rohstoff Kakao. Meine Erfahrung umfasst fast alle Bereiche der Wertschöpfungskette – vom Anbau über Fermentation und Trocknung bis hin zum Qualitätsmanagement für die Verarbeitung zu hochwertiger Schokolade.
Ich möchte mit meiner Erfahrung einen kleinen Beitrag leisten, um den Kakaosektor positiv zu beeinflussen; insbesondere in Bezug auf ökologische und soziale Themen. Wenn mich Ihr Projekt überzeugt, finden wir auch preislich eine Lösung.
